Location: Secondary School in Swindon
Pay: £500-510/week - term time only
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri

Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities effectively.
- Provide support to students, particularly those with special educational needs, including autism.
- Facilitate tutoring and mentoring sessions to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Communicate clearly with students and staff to foster a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to inform instructional strategies.
