We’re looking for two enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to become part of our Night Reception team. This is your chance to shine in a role where your customer service skills truly make a difference.

You'll officially be known as a Guest Service Assistant, and will be joining a small team at our hotel in Marsh Mills. While Reception is where you'll spend a lot of your time, our team members are trained to work in the bar and restaurant also so you'll be someone who enjoys variety and meeting new people.
Flexibility around your availability for shifts would be a great benefit as you should expect mid-week and weekend shifts.
Experience in a hotels, particularly on nights, is preferred but isn't essential. We can show you the ropes as long as you're someone who is outgoing, confident on a computer and passionate about great customer service.
As the position can require serving alcohol at the bar, we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
