This is a rewarding role where you’ll be helping pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs build confidence, develop positive relationships, and engage with learning.
You’ll be providing support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, acting as a positive role model and helping pupils navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
- Have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, or challenging behaviour
- Are calm, patient, and resilient
- Can build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
- Have experience in education, care, youth work, mentoring, or support work
Location: Loughborough and surround areas
Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available
Pay: £93.63 – £100.00 per day
