We are seeking a committed Full-Time Care Assistant who can work on our night shifts. We value individuals who are passionate about helping others and interested in a rewarding career with plenty of room for advancement and training opportunities.
Westacre Nursing Home is based in Sleepers Hill in Winchester, where we provide care to those who require nursing, residential and dementia services. As a care assistant, you will work alongside trained nurses and a wider care team who provide 24-hour care for our residents.
We are offering a 3 shift a week contract on the basis of 33.75 hours per week. Our night shifts run from 7.45pm to 8am. You will be providing emotional and physical support to our residents and observing and recording resident activity while delivering the very best standard of personalised care.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a caring, focused, and hard-working individual who will fit in well with our current team of excellent carers and nurses. Previous experience of working in care would be advantageous, but we are happy to provide training to those new to the care industry. We’re particularly interested in those looking for advancement in their career and happy to provide the training to help you get there.
