Aspire Support Essex is currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Female Care Workers to join our domiciliary care team. We deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes, supporting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle — this is essential for the role

About the Role
As a Care Worker, you will:
Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
Assist with medication (where required and trained)Support with meal preparation and light household duties
Promote independence, dignity, and well-being
Build positive relationships with service users and their families
Requirements
Female applicants only (in line with care requirements)Experience in care is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided
Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
Good communication skills
