Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30

About the Role:
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for Recycling Sort Line Operatives to join our client, based in Corby.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing, full-time work within a busy recycling facility.
As a Recycling Sort Line Operative, you will play a key role in helping to process recyclable materials safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sorting recyclable materials on a moving conveyor belt.
- Separating materials into designated chutes for further processing.
- Removing non-recyclable and contaminated materials from the waste stream.
- Working to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties across the site.
- Cleaning machinery and operator cabins as required.
- Following all site Health & Safety procedures and policies.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience within recycling, waste, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- SLO (Sort Line Operative) experience is desirable.
