Coffee is booming at TW3NTY, and we're looking for an energetic, friendly and passionate Barista / Front of House Team Member to help us deliver an outstanding experience every day.
This isn't just about making coffee (although you'll need to make a great one). We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to be part of a growing independent business with big ambitions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas and drinks
- Delivering warm, friendly customer service
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently
- Serving guests and ensuring every customer leaves happy
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
- Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back
What We're Looking For
- A positive, outgoing personality
- Great communication skills
- Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred (but attitude matters most)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
