What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a UK healthcare setting
- Adaptable, hardworking, and able to respond confidently to changing needs
- Passionate about delivering excellent care and working as part of a team
- A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc
Key responsibilities:
- Support residents safely with mobility and respond to emergencies confidently
- Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and respect
- Encourage social interaction, meaningful activities, and companionship
- Accurately observe, record, and report residents’ health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with the wider healthcare team
