EYFS Teaching Assistant needed in Dudley.
Location: Dudley, West Midlands Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Flexible start date) Pay Rate: From £108.50 per day
Are you passionate about supporting children? Do you have experience creating unique resources to meet individual needs and ensure students can access the curriculum? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to provide support for a Primary school in Dudley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to pupils, ensuring they are motivated and stay on task throughout lessons.
- Adapt and create bespoke resources to suit the specific needs of each pupil.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure that pupils are fully integrated and can access the curriculum effectively.
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment, promoting independence and self-confidence.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience supporting Early Years..
- Ability to create and adapt resources to meet the individual needs of pupils.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
