The Role
Reporting to the Contract Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and distributing final laboratory reports and certificates
- Managing and monitoring key inboxes
- Recording staff annual leave and sickness
- Maintaining accurate records of all staff training
- Keeping an up-to-date register of company assets
- Assisting with the coordination and documentation of equipment calibration
- Arranging travel and accommodation for engineers, including hotels, flights, and ferries
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
- Creating and supplying logbooks for clients
- Answering incoming calls
- Representing Sayvol as a professional and reliable service partner.
