Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Assistant Kitchen prefer Lady to join our team, we need full time staff and prefer enthusiastic( high bonus if responsibility and enthusiastic to our restaurant)
The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for food preparation and service. This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality are maintained at all times. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising kitchen activities, managing team members, and assisting with food production to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with the head chef and management to plan menus and manage inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
- Support in training new staff members in food handling, safety procedures, and service standards
- Monitor food production processes to optimise efficiency and minimise waste
- Assist in serving customers when required, providing excellent hospitality
Experience
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience is highly desirable
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in food production, team management, and restaurant operations is preferred
- Familiarity with serving customers and delivering excellent hospitality services
