An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Busy Lettings teams with this 'Senior Lettings Support' role - Prior lettings experience is MANDATORY
Job Overview:
This is an unusual, diverse and interesting role, where no two days are the same. There is a very broad list of duties that would suit anyone with the required senior lettings skills and a true desire to be in such a varied and interesting Senior position.
Working closely with the Head of Lettings, you'll be involved in day‑to‑day lettings activities, supporting teams across the business, contributing to training and development, assisting with marketing initiatives and providing wider support to the Lettings Partner for the South West - This is a
very niche position, and truly out-of-the-ordinary; it's a genuinely interesting and varied role.
Based across our Wellington, Tiverton and Honiton offices (with travel to other locations as required), this varied role is ideal for someone with 3 years or more residential lettings experience, looking for a new challenge and keen to support the growth of a busy, supportive, multi‑office department.
The position also offers great potential for in-house career progression.
The candidate:
We are looking for an experienced candidate who is very presentable, articulate, has a superb eye for detail together with excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of all MS Office packages.
Any prospective candidate should have experience working in a busy agency and have good telephone etiquette. A MINIMUM of 3 years previous experience within Estate Agency as a Lettings agent is essential, and MARLA qualification would be ideal

- Be able to work as part of team.
- Desire and passion to deliver a highest standards.
- IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly.
- A full UK driving license and your own car is essential.

- Wellington, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Senior Lettings skills: Minimum 3 years (required)
- Full UK Driving License and car is essential
- MARLA qualification would be a bonus
