Job Summary
We are proud to be acting on behalf of our of our prestigious Clients who has been sending Cruise guests on adventures for decades, they are now in a period of massive growth, looking to build their onsite sales team.
We're looking for an ambitious and highly motivated sales specialist, who has the ability to provide customers with the absolute best start to their holiday, planning their Cruise journey through custom built packages.
You'll close and secure each booking by providing great customer service, building meaningful rapport, understanding customers wants & needs, matching to the relevant products on offer. This is a consultive sales process, you will need to add value and guide the customer through the process, ending with a booking and a very happy customer.

- A competitive basic salary of £24k plus a guaranteed £6k bonus. (Current sales agents annually earn £35,000 to £70,000 OTE).

This is an office based role based within our client large refurbed Manchester office.
Our Client operates a performance related incentive scheme which includes various measures of success and rewards individual sales performance.

Responsibilities
- Take holiday enquiries via telephone & email, making a great first impression
- Build customer rapport, understand needs what products/packages will suit
- Follow up where necessary, build a repeat customer database
- Offer a friendly and informative service, bringing the customer holiday to life
- Close the sale ensuring your work is accurate
- Reach and exceed sales targets to earn additional commission & bonuses
- Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities
- Administrative duties to complete customer transactions
Experience
- The successful candidate must have strong Cruise sales experience, be extremely customer focused offering exceptional service
- A keen interest, enthusiasm & knowledge for Travel, in particular Cruise Sales
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Motivated with ability to achieve/exceed personal & business sales targets
- Able to work as part of a team and with other teams as well as unsupervised
- Able to perform under pressure in a busy environment
- A responsible attitude including use of own initiative and adaptability
