As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates for a variety of roles. Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, building relationships, and managing talent pipelines to meet the needs of our clients.
You will learn how to source, interview, and place candidates into roles within the education sector, supporting teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff in finding suitable positions. Alongside this, you will develop relationships with client schools, gaining an understanding of their staffing needs and delivering a high-quality service.
This role is well-suited to someone who is motivated, organised, and comfortable working towards targets, with a strong desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support
- Assist in filling short-term, long-term, and daily vacancies
- Develop an understanding of client schools and their staffing requirements
- Work towards individual daily and weekly targets
- Contribute to team performance and overall branch success
