Do you enjoy driving, working with vehicles, and delivering great customer service? We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Driver & Valet to join our busy Bodyshop team.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You will be a key part of the customer journey, ensuring vehicles are collected, delivered, and presented to the highest standards, while providing a friendly and professional experience for our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Collecting and delivering customer and courtesy vehicles safely and efficiently
- Being a positive and professional point of contact for our customers
- Completing all paperwork accurately and handling excess monies where required
- Carrying out courtesy car checks (lights, fluid levels, general condition)
- Moving vehicles around site and handing them over to reception
- Checking vehicles in and recording video/images of any damage
- Working closely with colleagues across the business
- Valeting and cleaning vehicles to a high standard, including machine polishing
- Supporting general site maintenance tasks
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the General Manager
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A professional, approachable manner with strong communication skills
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use your initiative
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills
