Harbour House Restaurants is hiring a friendly Front of House Team Member to welcome guests, take orders, support table service, and help the team deliver a smooth customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Welcome guests and help create a positive first impression
- Take orders and support table service
- Handle customer questions politely and clearly
- Work with kitchen and bar teams during busy service
- Keep front-of-house areas clean and organised
What we're looking for:
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking with guests
- Available evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
