Footballher is a women’s football lifestyle and sportswear brand dedicated to elevating the women’s game on and off the pitch. We exist to champion female athletes, build community, and create sportswear designed specifically for women who play, lead, and inspire.
About the Role
This is a brand-new role at Footballher, created for someone who is excited to shape, build, and lead three essential pillars of our brand: Affiliate Partnerships, Athlete Relations, and Community Growth. You’ll have significant creative and strategic freedom to design these functions from the ground up, helping define what Footballher becomes as we grow.
You will also have a heavy say in how we conceptualise, plan, and execute events, from idea to organisation, ensuring they are impactful, engaging, and aligned with our mission to grow women’s football.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Management
- Build Footballher’s affiliate program from scratch, including structure, onboarding workflows, incentives, and growth strategies.
- Recruit, activate, and support affiliates, influencers, and micro-creators aligned with our mission.
- Track performance, revenue, and engagement to optimize affiliate outputs.
- Develop creative campaigns and collaborations that encourage affiliate success.
Athlete Relations
- Identify, approach, and manage relationships with women’s football players across grassroots and professional levels.
- Lead athlete onboarding, product seeding, partnership coordination, and ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with Marketing to create athlete-driven content and storytelling moments.
- Ensure all athlete partnerships reflect Footballher’s values and brand direction.
Community & Event Management
- Build and nurture the Footballher community across digital channels and real-world spaces.
- Develop community activation strategies, including online groups, meetups, and challenges.
- Take a lead role in planning, organizing, and executing Footballher events, including tournaments, meet-ups, pop-ups, and activations.
- Oversee all operational and logistical aspects of events, ensuring seamless experiences for athletes, fans, and partners.
- Spot opportunities to deepen connections, empower our audience, and grow brand loyalty.
Who You Are
- Passionate about women’s football and advancing the women’s game.

- Creative, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects.
- Experience in influencer marketing, athlete management, community building, or event management is a plus, but mindset matters most.
