This is not a stand-around-and-watch role. We're looking for a hands-on leader who's happy to jump in wherever needed, lead from the front, and help create the kind of atmosphere guests can't wait to come back to.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running lively, high-energy shifts with confidence
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences from open to close
- Supporting and motivating the team during busy services
- Leading by example with a positive, can-do attitude
- Helping maintain high standards across service and operations
- Supporting stock and cellar management where needed
- Creating a fun, welcoming environment for both guests and team members
- Bringing energy, personality, and teamwork to every shift
What We're Looking For
- Previous Duty Manager or hospitality leadership experience
- A natural people person with great communication skills
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and thrives in busy environments
- Passion for hospitality, food, drink, and brilliant customer service
- A team player who's happy to muck in and support wherever needed
- Positive energy, resilience, and a genuine love for creating memorable experiences
