We’re working with a specialist provision in Andover supporting pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges . These are young people who need consistency, patience, and someone who won’t give up on them.
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small, nurturing groups
- Helping students manage emotions and re-engage with learning
- Responding to challenging behaviour with calm, structured approaches
- Building strong, trusting relationships over time
- Have SEND, care, youth work or behaviour support experience
- Stay calm under pressure (even on the tricky days)
- Are resilient, empathetic and genuinely committed
