The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Manage remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases, and shared ownership matters
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers, and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently
- Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, reports on title, and supporting legal documentation
- Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive (CILEX), or experienced Residential Conveyancer
- At least 2 years of managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload effectively
- A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client care
