Role Overview
The key elements of the Logistics Operative are to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the sites packing and warehouse processes, ensuring that all goods are supplied when required and meet the required standard for product safety, quality and legality in accordance with company policies, procedures and Hygiene standards. The shift patterns for this role are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate logistics equipment

Manage stock, loads and records using D365

Maintain hygiene and complete safety/quality checks (incl. CCP)

Test flour to meet customer specifications

Support stock control, stock takes and FIFO

Work with production, planning and transport teams

Carry out basic maintenance and manual handling

Follow all H&S, food safety and company procedures

Report incidents and support a safe working environment

Remain flexible to support operational needs
Key Requirements

Must be computer literate and numerate.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work equally when alone or within a team.

The ability to organise and prioritise workload.

The ability to handle varied workload and multitask.

Must be self-motivated and a team player.

Good basic knowledge of D365 and department procedures.

The individual must possess a flexible and positive attitude.

Must hold a valid FLT licence
