Paragon Education is recruiting adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools throughout Worcestershire, including Worcester, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Droitwich Spa, and Stourport-on-Severn.
Whether you are looking for one day per week or a full working week, we can offer flexible opportunities to suit your availability. This role is ideal for experienced teachers, ECTs, and teachers returning to the profession who are seeking flexibility without compromising on classroom experience.
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Maintain positive classroom behaviour and routines
Adapt quickly to different school environments
Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence
Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching within UK primary schools
Strong classroom management skills
Flexible and professional approach
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
