ITV’s hit TV show Ninja Warrior UK has been on our screens since 2015, with Tim Champion finally crowned the UK’s first winner in 2019 scaling the top of Mount Midoriyama against tough opposition from across the world!
PLG have partnered with ITV to create a Ninja Warrior UK activity and fitness venue in Watford which will be geared to appeal to a wide age and ability range.
Our venues are fun, safe, clean and inclusive - enabling all participants to create their own Ninja Warrior UK journeys!
Are you a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, active environment?
We are looking for an individual with an interest in the Leisure Entertainment Industry.
The ideal candidate has:
· Previous leisure management experience
· Performance management experience
· Health and Safety knowledge
· People management skills- including recruitment experience
· Problem solving skills
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Strong ‘can do’ attitude
· Organisation and time management skills
· Experience in understanding, delivering and exceeding customer expectations
· Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
· Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the activities team
· Excellent attention to detail
· Confident and professional approach
· Exceptional organisation skills
· Ability to increase sales
· Skills to handle complaints and specific customer requests when required
Please note weekend work is required, and it is a bank staff contract.
Pay: £12.71-£14.10 per hour
