Pro Decks is a fast-growing independent company specialising in premium PVC decking for holiday parks and homeowners across the UK.
We’re looking for someone ambitious, driven and hungry to help grow the business and build long-term client relationships.
This isn’t a desk job.
We want a proper business developer — someone who can open doors, generate opportunities, close deals and drive growth.
The Role:
- Winning new business across holiday parks and residential customers
- Building strong long-term client relationships
- Managing leads, site visits and quotations
- Representing the Pro Decks brand professionally
- Helping push the company to the next level
You’ll need:
- Confidence, drive and resilience
- Strong communication and sales ability
- Motivation to earn and progress
- Sales/business development experience preferred
- Construction, outdoor living or caravan industry knowledge is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence
