We're Hiring – Café All-Rounder (Barista/Cook) | Full Time
This isn't just another café job.
We're looking for someone who loves being busy, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys looking after customers.
You'll work across our two independent businesses, so every day is a little different. One day you could be serving speciality coffee from our busy coffee cart, the next preparing fresh food in our café kitchen.
We're looking for someone who:
- Can cook confidently or is an experienced café cook.
- Makes great coffee (or is keen to become an excellent barista).
- Is proactive and doesn't wait to be told what needs doing.
- Works quickly whilst maintaining high standards.
- Has high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Is friendly, energetic and enjoys chatting with customers.
- Can work independently and take ownership.
- Is reliable, honest and wants to be part of growing two local businesses.
- Wants a long-term role, not just "a job".
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing breakfast and lunch dishes.
- Making quality coffee and drinks.
- Serving customers with a smile.
- Keeping both kitchen and front of house spotless.
- Opening and closing shifts.
- Stock control and food preparation.
- Helping us continually improve and grow.
We're a small team, so attitude is everything. We'd rather hire someone with the right personality and work ethic than someone with years of experience but no drive.
