TRUCK SALES EXECUTIVE - NEWCASTLE
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Truck Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our range of Trucks, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events to generate new sales leads.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present suitable truck solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and delivery schedules to secure favourable agreements for both parties.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using IT systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and market penetration.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Follow up with existing clients to explore additional sales opportunities and gather feedback on products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet sales targets.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
