Production Operative (Halesfield, Telford)

Day Shift - 6am - 6pm Monday - Thursday (44 hours per week)
About the Company
Natural Selection, part of the Evolution Foods is an upcoming manufacturing nut butter business based in Telford. Specialising in the development and production of high-quality nut butter products for some of the major UK supermarkets
Employing roughly 30 staff across two sites in Telford, the business is continuing to invest in its manufacturing capability and product innovation strategy, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, category development and commercial growth.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Safely and efficiently mix and replenish materials in line with production requirements (replenishment role)
- Pack finished products according to company standards and specifications (packer role)
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
