Supervisor – Pub & Backpackers Hostel, Victoria
We're on the lookout for a great Supervisor to join the team at our pub and backpackers hostel in Victoria.
We're ideally looking for someone with previous bar and supervisory experience, as we'd love to get the right person settled in and up to speed fairly quickly. If you've run shifts, handled cashing up, and know how to keep things ticking along during a busy service, even better.
More than anything, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude who can use their initiative, support the team, and help create a great atmosphere for both our guests and colleagues. No two days are the same here, so being able to think on your feet and get stuck in wherever needed is a big plus.
Don't worry if there's still a few things to learn – we can provide training and support along the way. For us, finding the right person is far more important than finding someone who knows absolutely everything already.
This role would be perfect for someone who wants to grow with the business. We're always keen to develop our people, and there are genuine opportunities to progress into management roles for those who are eager to learn, take on new challenges, and build a career in hospitality.
