Warehouse Operative
Salary & Benefits:
- £15 per hour

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Colnbrook, Slough

Key requirements include:
- Proven warehouse experience, preferably within electrical, construction, or plumbing distribution
- Ability to work in a labour-intensive environment, including regular lifting, carrying, moving stock, and manual handling of heavy goods
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding warehouse duties throughout the working day
- Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable with excellent attendance
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently while maintaining productivity
- Positive attitude with a strong “can-do” approach and willingness to support the wider team
- Strong attention to detail with pride taken in maintaining accuracy and high working standards
- Quick learner who can adapt quickly to warehouse procedures and operational processes
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, responsibilities will include:
- Managing Goods In and Goods Out operations efficiently
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately for dispatch
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, including handling bulky and heavy products safely
- Carrying out manual handling and labour-intensive warehouse duties as part of daily operations
- Moving, lifting, organising, and storing stock within designated warehouse locations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment
- Ensuring correct stock allocation and accurate inventory control
- Supporting stock rotation and stock replenishment procedures
- Following all Health & Safety regulations, including safe manual handling procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and support business demands
