We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Band 7 Specialist Wound Care Podiatrist to join our team at our Hampstead site. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based wound care within a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary environment.
In this role, you will provide specialist assessment and management of complex foot wounds, including those associated with diabetes, vascular disease, and infection. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including vascular, diabetes, and infectious diseases services, contributing to integrated patient care and improved clinical outcomes.
You will also support the development of clinical practice within the podiatry team, providing guidance, education, and mentorship to junior staff and students. Participation in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives will be an important part of the role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate our Trust values and meet the responsibilities outlined in the job description and person specification. You should have significant experience in wound care management, strong clinical decision-making skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
