Location: Loxwood & Billingshurst, West Sussex

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team working from our Loxwood & Billingshurst warehouses. This role involves the handling, storage, and distribution of gym equipment and requires someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to carry out physical work safely and efficiently. You must have a valid forklift and driver’s license; the role will involve being between our two warehouses in Loxwood and Billingshurst.
We are a growing company with opportunities to develop as the business grows. We are looking for a key team member to help elevate our warehouse operations and day to day running of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
- Driving the company van to move stock between our two warehouses
- Organising and maintaining warehouse stock
- Ensuring all products are checked accurately before dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Assisting with the distribution and movement of gym equipment
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience essential
- Valid forklift licence required
- Full clean UK driving licence required
- Must be over 25 years old for company vehicle insurance purposes
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
