Trade Counter Assistant
- Accurate weighing, picking and packing of items for collection and despatch.
- Includes manual lifting of 25kg bags - though most are lighter.
- Checking goods inwards.
- Strapping and wrapping of pallets.
- Helping customers find items and take out to their vehicle.
- Need ability to travel to and from the industrial estate - need own vehicle
Technical knowledge on the product range to be learnt sufficient to answer some basic customer questions.
Typical Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 9am-5:00pm
- Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
- The first Saturday in every month 9:00am -2:00pm.
Hourly rate is £16.00 per hour.
The pension scheme is fully paid by the employer saving the employee approx £1,400 after tax a year. Pension scheme starts after three months employment.
Annual bonus is paid in December.
