We're looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Kitchen Shift Leader to take ownership of our kitchen and help drive the next stage of its growth.
You'll oversee our established 7-day brunch service, alongside our Thursday to Saturday evening menu, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, cleanliness, organisation, and customer experience.
This is more than just running a kitchen—we're looking for someone with creativity and ambition. You'll have the autonomy to develop and evolve our brunch menu, introduce seasonal specials, and create themed evenings, pop-ups, tasting events, or guest chef nights to keep our food offering fresh and exciting.
Working Pattern
- 5 days out of 7
- Weekend availability is essential
- Only three evening shifts per week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
- Regular Sundays off

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Deliver consistently high-quality brunch and evening menus.
- Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Manage stock, ordering, GP, and minimise wastage.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient.
- Support and develop junior kitchen team members.
- Drive new ideas through seasonal dishes, themed events and pop-up menus.
