Role:
- Sales Account Manager
- Salary starting £25,000 basic
- On Target Earnings £75,000
Now, they're looking for Account Managers with a passion for sales and a track record of success in either b2b or b2c sales to join their high-energy, supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle pre-qualified, hot leads — no cold calling!
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, lenders, and dealerships over the phone.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to the right finance options.
- Manage your own pipeline efficiently to maximise conversion and commission.
- Ensure compliance with legal and FCA guidelines (DPA, income verification, etc.).
- Stay up to date on finance products, rates, and lender criteria.
What They’re Looking For:
- Minimum 12 months experience in automotive sales/account management with a strong success record.
- A natural communicator who builds rapport easily and handles objections with confidence.
- Organised and detail-focused — able to juggle leads and follow-ups with ease.
- Motivated by targets and results, thrives in a busy sales floor environment.
- Resilient, energetic, and positive — even under pressure.
