We are looking for a Telemarketing Operative to join our growing Proactive Team, based in Kidderminster!
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Individuals to join our Telemarketing team to help promote our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential new and existing customers to arrange new appointments and sales opportunities.
You will engage with customers, provide information about our products and services, and create a positive customer experience. The Operative should have excellent communication skills, be able to think on their feet, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: this is an office based role in Kidderminster.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement promotional strategies to increase sales.
- Develop relationships with potential customers and clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and clients.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on promotional activities.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 6 months experience in a sales, customer service or similar role in tele-sales.
- Is influential, persuasive and a strong communicator.
- Is driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets.
- Has a positive and proactive attitude
- Is outgoing and enjoys a high paced, fast environment

Pay: £13.85 per hour BASIC + Bonus (OTE £3,000 OTE), paid monthly
