Are you a graduate looking for more than just a job?
Oasis Manor Care is launching a Graduate Development Program to find and grow the next generation of leaders in care — and we're looking for our founding cohort. If you've got a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health & Social Care, Criminology, Sociology, Childhood Studies, Youth Work, Education, Mental Health Studies, or similar, this could be your way into a career with real purpose.
Why this is different
Most graduate schemes put you behind a desk. This one puts your degree to work from day one — with structured support to help you grow into a leadership role, not just a job.
What you'll get
- A personal mentor and placement buddy throughout the programme
- The Care Certificate within your first 12 weeks, and a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification by year 3
- Rotations across frontline care, wellbeing, and operations to find where you thrive
- Real service improvement projects with real impact
- Salary growth as you progress through the programme
- A direct voice in shaping the programme for future cohorts
- A place in our founding graduate community
Who we're looking for
- Recent graduates or final-year students
- People who genuinely want to help others
- Strong communicators, ready to learn
- Future leaders who want to make a lasting impact
