Harry's Cider is an award-winning family business, with a passion for creating delicious, artisan craft cider grown, pressed and packaged at Littlefield Farm. Alongside producing our range of traditional, sparkling, fruit and mulled cider, we also welcome visitors through our cider shop, taproom, tours, and events.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Customer Support and Accounts Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our business. This is a varied role combining sales support, finance administration, systems management and general operational support.
This role will be 3-4 days/week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating weekly sales from customer calls
- Raising and managing trade sales invoices
- Customer payment reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing online orders and order processing
- Overseeing and maintaining retail EPOS system
- Booking and coordinating courier collections and deliveries
- Collating and maintaining ingredient pricing data
- Managing the purchase ledger (supplier invoices, payments, queries)
- Supporting marketing activity including newsletters and Mailchimp campaigns
- Scheduling and attending in-store customer tastings
- Assisting with licensing applications (e.g. TENS licenses)
- Managing shared email inboxes and responding to enquiries
- General administrative and operational support as required
Person Specification:
Skills:
Essential:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role with finance responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping processes (invoicing, reconciliations, ledgers)
- Comfortable using systems such as EPOS, accounting software and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Minimum GCSE/"O" Level grade 5 (or C) or above in both English and Maths
Advantageous skills, but not necessarily required:
- Experience in food, drink, FMCG or e-commerce environments
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- AAT Level 2/3

- Maintain a flexible approach to working hours, including occasional events
