Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task and follow the lesson plans provided.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment.

Provide assistance to students where needed and ensure the continuity of their learning.

Communicate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition back to regular classroom routines.

Uphold the school's safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.
Requirements:

Previous experience working in a school environment (as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar) is preferred.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.

Adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.

Ability to follow instructions and implement lesson plans effectively.

Available for a minimum of 3 days per week.
