Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team cleaning families homes. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Respond promptly to specific cleaning requests from management
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning tasks
- Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks effectively
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driving licence is essential for travel between multiple sites
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional manner
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards
