Overview
We are a friendly, well-established domiciliary care team looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join us on a permanent part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys morning work (7am starts) and wants to make a real difference to people’s lives in their local community. Many of our clients live alone, and your cheerful, friendly face can truly make their day.
We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent, person-centred service, and we support our staff just as much as we support our clients.

Working Hours
- Regular morning shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- Typical hours are 7am – 2pm
- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts if desired
Duties
- Supporting clients with personal care, dressing and mobility
- Assisting with medication (following training and care plans)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and dignity at all times
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided
What we're looking for
- A kind, cheerful and respectful nature
- Someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
No Experience? No Problem
Previous care experience is not essential. We provide:
- Full training
- Plenty of shadowing time with experienced carers
- Ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role
We believe that personality, kindness and willingness to learn are far more important than experience.

- Paid travel time between calls
- 45p per mile mileage
