This is an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Manager to support the reopening of a famous local building with a long standing reputation for amazing food. Now under new ownership, the venue is being fully renovated and given a new lease of life, creating a rare chance to help shape the service style, team culture and guest experience from the very beginning.
The food direction will be classic country pub dining with a brasserie style feel, built around fresh produce, strong technique and dishes created in the best way possible. The menu will focus on elevated pub classics alongside tasting menus, with future plans to introduce open iron cast fires for cooking, bringing theatre, flavour and character into the food offering.
