Sales Support Executive - Volkswagen Stockport Fleet Hub
Working with a recognised market-leading brand as a sales support executive, you will be part of a high-performing team bidding and securing the opportunity to supply new fleet vehicles to the UK's 50 largest leasing companies.
You will operate in a fast-paced office environment while delivering outstanding service in every sale and interaction. Working in a team of 3 administrators and a departmental team of 31, you will be well organised and supportive.

The Job
What you’ll do day to day

Engage with our external leasing company partners to develop rapport, building trust and confidence in our offering.

Perform every single day with bidding back on new vehicle supply opportunities and exploring alternative vehicles to win.

Play your part in achieving our SLA performance in our day-to-day operations to ensure upper-quartile performance every time.

Manage order in-life tasks and push vehicles for preparation and onward delivery of the fleet vehicles to our customers.

Interact with our leasing company partners and end user customers frequently.

Thoroughly check vehicle specification at point of order and prior to delivery ensuring the vehicle ordered matches the customer requirement.

Manage the in-order life-cycle process and be an extension of the leasing company with query resolution and delivery date accuracy.

Create internal rapport with our aftersales function to book pre-delivery inspections, new vehicle preparation ensuring the highest quality and dwelt time on site.

Ensure that all required documentation is in place prior to arranging delivery.

Offer vehicles for delivery and lock-in as per leasing company requirements ensuring competitive logistics pricing secured and quality of service not hindered.

Providing resource support for our Broker sales channel when required

Play your part to ensure any compliance and regulatory documentation is present in our internal systems and external platforms inside an agreed timescale.

Oversee demonstrator requests, bid‑back activity, and order processing, proactively following up to maximise conversions.

Maintain effective stock and vehicle management, with awareness of dwell times and cost implications, ensuring appeals, service level agreements, and company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Maintain various systems including leaselink and Fleetbase, producing regular, structured reports covering activity, customer contact, communications and sales progress.

Work closely with manufacturer and internal teams to support operational efficiency, reporting requirements, and overall business objectives.
On Offer
Basic £27,000 basic plus quarterly bonus of up to £1,312.50 based on achieving KPI’s.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 0830-1730 with one hour for lunch (40-hour week).

About You
Leasing experience would be an advantage; however, the business will consider candidates who have a sales administration background in the motor trade or in a fast-paced inbound/outbound sales environment.
You will find relationship building effortless and enjoy working in an exciting environment.
