The Role: Complex Care Support Worker.
Hourly Rate: £14.50per hour, increasing to £15.00 per hour once competent.
Location: Lincolnshire, LN1
We provide 24-hour, around-the-clock care. Shifts will include a mix of days, waking nights, and alternate weekends, depending on the package.
Contract Type: Permanent, with immediate start available.
We offer the below contract options:
· Full time – 36 hours
Shift Pattern –
Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shifts include a combination of days and nights.
DBS: An up-to-date DBS check is required (we can apply on your behalf if you don’t already have one).
Driver with access to a vehicle: Required
Right to Work: The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

The Person You Will Support:
- He is 24 years old and enjoys staying active and engaged throughout the day.
- Loves taking part in fun activities, both indoors and outdoors, and enjoys listening to his favourite music.
- Often spends time playing board games (His favourite is Uno) but is very good at cheating.
- Has a great sense of humour and appreciates support staff who enjoy laughing and having fun.

- Enjoys caring for his many pets, who play an important role in his daily routine.

The candidate that we are looking for has:
- Care experience
- Good communication skills
- A knowledge of learning difficulties (Preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Friendly Nature
About the role:
- Providing specialised, person-centred care to a young man with a high-level spinal cord injury.
- Delivering night-time ventilation support and monitoring equipment to maintain safety and comfort.
- Supporting learning difficulties with patience, clear communication and adaptable approaches.
- Assisting with moving and handling, personal care and maintaining dignity at all times.
- Managing PEG feeding, including preparation, administration and equipment care.
- Administering medication safely and accurately in line with care standards.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Flexible availability.
- To be able to work, days, waking nights and alternate weekends
- A current DBS if possible (Paper or Update Service)
- A driver’s licence (Essential)
