We are seeking someone to join our team in a new and exciting role, the role involves supporting people to gain hobbies and interests in the community attending community groups in the evenings

Full Training and development package available, suitable person will be supported to build the role and develop skills in their chosen area
CQC Rated Good in all areas
Hours negotiable primarily 3:30-9:30 evenings Monday - Friday.
Minimum of 3 evenings per week to a maximum of 5 which may include every other weekend
Some weekends by agreement
You maybe required to work flexibly when required to meet needs of those being supported which may include attending attending evening groups.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and basic IT skills
