NCR Voyix is seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee and Labour Relations professional to join our team in London, and support the UK&I, EMEA region. Senior Employee and Labour Relations Specialist is responsible for and implementing and enhancing employee relations and labour relations policies and procedures that drive business results. They serve as a liaison between the HR department and the business side of the company, providing guidance on labour policies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change initiatives. This role involves coaching managers on effective expertise practices and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Position Summary:
Collaborate with leaders and managers to implement employee and labour relations policies that support business objectives.
Provide professional advice on labour matters to leaders and managers.
Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
Monitor and measure existing labour relations procedures and policies.
Coach managers on effective practices.
Lead and manage employee relations programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and UK&I labour regulations.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing fair and timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and prepare reports for senior management.
Experience working in a union environment.
Handle escalated issues within HR Shared Services that cannot be resolved by HR Representatives, providing overall HR support to employees and managers. This includes all matters under the support of HR that are not resolved in Tier I.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee and labour relations or a similar HR role.
In-depth knowledge of UK&I labour laws and regulations.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
