Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and provide tailored property options.
- Conduct property viewings in a professional and welcoming manner, highlighting key features to potential clients.
- Negotiate offers between vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage the entire sales and lettings process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice throughout the transaction process.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating listings, preparing contracts, and managing client databases.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
- Keep abreast of local property market trends and relevant legislation to provide informed guidance to clients
- Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude towards learning is important.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous in serving a broader client base.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- A professional approach with high levels of integrity and attention to detail.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to travel between properties as required.
