Nursing Home Cleaner
Location: Richmond Care, 9 Plymouth Grove West, Longsight, Manchester, M13 0AQ
Hours: 20 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning resident rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and staff areas to a high standard
- Following infection control procedures and health & safety regulations
- Handling cleaning equipment and materials safely
- Working alongside care staff to ensure the home is maintained to high cleanliness standards
- Reporting any maintenance or hygiene concerns promptly
- Ensuring all cleaning records and checklists are completed accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a healthcare or care home setting)
- Knowledge of infection control and COSHH regulations (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to high cleaning standards
- A friendly and respectful attitude towards residents and staff
