With a reputation built on exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and traditional family values, we are looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Welder/Fabricator to join our production team.

The Role
As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, producing high-quality metal and brass bed components to precise specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring all products meet our exacting standards while contributing to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our production facilities. Our workshop operates Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*** This role requires a minimum of at least two years' MIG welding experience as a profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, weld and fabricate products to company specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Manage workloads effectively and consistently meet production deadlines.
- Operate company equipment and vehicles safely and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in maintaining production equipment and facilities.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of the production team.
- Occasionally work away from home when business requirements dictate.
- Undertake additional duties as reasonably required by management.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, Grade C/4 or above.
- Level 2 City & Guilds MIG Welding qualification or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in power tools or abrasive wheel operation would be advantageous.
- Experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Manual handling experience.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to undertake occasional long-distance travel.
