We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our brand presence and turn marketing activity into real, measurable growth.
The Role
You’ll be at the centre of our marketing—planning, creating, testing, and improving campaigns that directly drive enquiries and sales.
You’ll have the freedom to shape how we show up locally and online, while working closely with the sales team to keep leads flowing and the pipeline strong.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of our marketing strategy—from idea to execution
- Driving lead generation through digital channels (Google, social media, email)
- Managing and improving our website to convert visitors into enquiries
- Running targeted local campaigns that keep us front-of-mind in Exeter and surrounding areas
- Creating engaging content that reflects our brand: practical, trustworthy, and customer-focused
- Tracking performance and making smart, data-led decisions (not guesswork)
- Working alongside sales to ensure marketing supports real business outcomes
- Keeping an eye on competitors and spotting opportunities to stand out

- Strong digital skills (SEO, paid ads, social media, email campaigns)
- Confidence working with data, analytics, and performance tracking
- A clear, practical communicator who can adapt tone to our audience
