We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist search business operating within the climate and sustainability space. They partner with companies genuinely focused on creating a better future for the planet, helping them hire high-performing talent across technology and product.
This is a fully remote role for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their desk and wants to work closely with a high-performing founder in a small but ambitious business.
You’ll have the freedom to work independently, without being micromanaged, while still being part of a collaborative and values-driven environment.
What they’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience in 360 agency recruitment
- Must have experience recruiting within Tech and/or Product markets
- Able to demonstrate a solid billing track record and performance in a 360 role
- Someone commercially driven but relationship-led
- A self-starter who can manage their own time and desk remotely
- Strong communication and business development skills
- Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable working in a small business environment
